On Saturday night, we celebrated our Senior Banquet, honoring all of our seniors as they prepare to step into classrooms of their own so soon!

Congratulations to the fellows who were recognized by their peers, as well as Mrs. Kay from Anderson School District Two, who received the C.F. Reames Distinguished Educator Award!

We also had the privilege of honoring Dr. Knighton, who has served faithfully for many years as our Assistant Director and is now stepping into a well-earned season of retirement. We are so grateful for the “GOAT” and his dedication, leadership, and lasting impact on our program.

Congratulations again to all of our seniors—we are so proud of you! 🎓

JUNIOR CONFERENCE 2026 🥳☀️🏝️✏️

Our junior cohort had the best time this weekend with CERRA and all the other teaching fellows institutions at Junior conference in Myrtle Beach! We made lots of sweet memories, shared tons of laughs, and most importantly learned how to better serve our future students. Thank you so much CERRA, for putting this weekend together and to all of the keynote speakers for inspiring our Fellows!!

A few of our Fellows had the opportunity to welcome the ProTeam class from Pickens Middle School this morning! We enjoyed giving them a tour of Anderson University’s beautiful campus, sharing what Teaching Fellows is all about, and having meaningful conversations about leadership. It was a great experience connecting, learning, and building relationships with another CERRA program!
