Julia, surrounded by delicious treats, worked as an intern at the Spangler Candy Company in Bryan, Ohio. Coming out of her freshman year at Trine University, Julia Dickinson initially had a hard time finding a summer internship, but she was able to secure one in the sweetest place of all.

Trine University mechanical engineering students will soon have access to advanced tools to improve their presentation preparation. After receiving a grant from the Engineering Information Foundation (EIF), students can present to VirtualSpeech, a virtual reality platform that provides automated feedback to help them improve technical presentations.
