Alpha Sigma Phi - University of Michigan

Alpha Sigma Phi - University of Michigan We are a social fraternity aimed to create men with integrity and help our surrounding community through philanthropic work.

The Alpha Sigma Phi Theta chapter hosts an annual philanthropic event called Winterfest. It unites all the fraternities on campus in a hockey tournament and raises money for the Autism Alliance organization. Last year, we raised over $40,000, and we are hoping to exceed that this coming winter. Take a look at our campaign here:

The Theta chapter also participates in M Relay, a Relay for Life event supported by the American Cancer Society. Last year, we have raised over $11,000 for the cause. This year we will continue this mission throughout the month of November. Follow the link to help out the cause:

Joe Goldberg, one of our members, has been a counselor at Herzl Camp in Webster, Wisconsin. He has had the tremendous pleasure of hanging out with Raphy, a camper with Down’s Syndrome, for the last four summers. They hang out all day long and participate in Raphy's favorite activities such as swimming, basketball, and ultimate frisbee. Joe continues to be a great influence in our chapter and our community here at the University of Michigan!
