Congratulations to Alex, our Employee of the Month! 🎉

Alex has been a valued member of the LVC Dining Services team since 2021. He loves being in the kitchen, cooking great food, and helping provide a positive dining experience for our students. This summer, Alex has been a huge help with summer service and is already looking forward to welcoming students back next school year!

When he’s not at work, Alex enjoys spending time with his dad rebuilding motorcycles. His favorite foods to cook are asparagus, steaks, and burgers - and he especially loves firing up the grill!

Thank you, Alex, for your hard work, dedication, and passion for what you do. We appreciate everything you bring to our team!

The Korean BBQ Bowl is now available as a special on Grub Hub! Korean soy garlic chicken, white rice, red onion, avocado, carrot, picked radish, toasted peanuts, cucumber kimchi and a sesame garlic sauce!

Summer Dining Updates! ☀️😎🍽️

Students on campus and taking summer classes we are open for summer service Monday through Friday!

During regular summer operations, meals can be ordered through Grubhub for easy pickup. If there is a special event or camp happening on campus, we’ll switch to full buffet service in the dining hall.

Lunch: 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Dinner: 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM
Monday-Friday

Today was the last Wellness Wednesday of the school year!

Today we featured our Elite Ingredient of the Month, strawberries! Students had the chance to stop by during lunch and sample a healthier version of a classic favorite: a Strawberry Pretzel Parfait. 🍓🥨🥄

Not only are strawberries delicious, but they also pack some great nutrition benefits:
-Rich in vitamin C to help support the immune system
-Contain antioxidants that help protect overall health
-High water content to support hydration
-Provide fiber to help keep you feeling satisfied & supports digestion
