Our next featured sister is our Vice President, Membership, Lena! Lena is a senior music education and violin performance major. She is also the Historian in LVC’s chapter of NAfME. In addition, Lena loves painting, running, and giving love to her pets! Her favorite thing about SAI is the opportunities it gives to make both music and meaningful connections with women who love music as much as she does!

Our first Sister of the Week is our Corresponding Secretary Heather! Heather is a junior sociology major. In addition to SAI, she is also a member of the Pride of the Valley marching band, spring indoor colorguard, college choir, Freedom Rings, and the President’s Council of Leadership. Heather is the house leader for LVC’s Stonewall House, and enjoys singing, drawing, watching movies, listening to music, and flag/rifle/baton twirling in her free time. Her favorite song is “In My Arms” by Plumb. Heather’s favorite thing about SAI is meeting new sisters and creating lifelong friendships!
