✨ Congratulations to DAISY Award recipient for Extraordinary Nursing Students, Olivia Basiliere! ✨
Olivia, a fourth-semester student in the full-time Associate Degree Nursing program, has truly exemplified excellence, compassion, and dedication to the nursing profession. This well-deserved recognition highlights her hard work and commitment to patient care.
Following graduation, Olivia will begin an exciting new chapter at Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital on the ICU Step-Down Unit. Olivia is also excited to travel and spend quality time with her family.

🥶 Today we received a donation of hats and gloves which are now available in the GCFD Public Health Vending Machine located at 3900 W Spencer St. Radon test kits have also been restocked. While supplies last! 🥶

We had some light-hearted fun yesterday, but in all seriousness there are people in our community who are:
👉 Without shelter
👉 Without heat
👉 New to the Midwest winters
👉 ...and many other situations that make -40 degree wind chill weather difficult

Be safe. Be kind. We will be complaining about the heat in July.
