For our last Senior Sunday we will be spotlighting .vargas20 💗

Bianca will be graduating in December 2026 with her Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Her upcoming plans include studying abroad in Peru at the end of this semester, and next semester she is placed in the Emergency Department at St. Elizabeth’s hospital in Appleton. After graduation, she plans to move back home to Chicago and continue to work as an ER Nurse.

During her time in ZTA, Bianca has held the positions of Director of Sisterhood and VP Recruitment.

“Being a part of Zeta Tau Alpha throughout my college years has truly shaped me into the person I am today. Through this sisterhood, I was given leadership opportunities and experiences that I never imagined I would have, allowing me to grow both personally and professionally. ZTA pushed me to become a stronger and more disciplined woman by teaching me the importance of accountability, compassion, dedication, and leading with purpose. I had the honor to serve as Vice President Recruitment, where I held workshops and organized recruitment rounds, aiming to recruit woman with our same values to better grow our chapter. One of my most impactful experiences was attending Officer Leadership Academy in Atlanta, Georgia, where I had the opportunity to network and learn alongside other ZTAs and their VP Recruitments from chapters all across the country. That experience broadened my perspective and strengthened my confidence to become a leader my sisters could look up to. ZTA gave me lifelong friendships, unforgettable memories, and a support system that helped shape my college journey. I truly would not be the person I am today without ZTA and the women who continuously encouraged me to grow into the best version of myself.”

Happy Senior Shoutout to our sister .koehler💗

Kennedy is a Rehabilitation Science Major graduating with a Bachelors of Science. After graduation, Kennedy will be attending Graduate school in the Masters of Athletic Training Program at UWO.

During her time in ZTA, Kennedy has held the positions of VP Philanthropy and Service, VP Campus Relations, Director of Activities, Corresponding Secretary, Spirit and Special Events Chair, and Judicial Chair.

“ZTA has played a meaningful and transformative role in shaping my college experience, continually pushing me to grow both personally and professionally. Through my involvement, I have developed into a more empathetic and intentional leader by learning how to truly support, listen to, and uplift those around me. These experiences have not only strengthened my relationships within the chapter but have also shaped how I show up for others in all areas of my life.

My time in Kappa Lambda has also significantly strengthened my confidence in professional settings. I have learned to carry myself with greater poise, purpose, and self-assurance, allowing me to approach new opportunities and challenges with both grace and determination.

Along the way, I have built genuine, lasting connections with individuals who have supported, challenged, and inspired me to become the best version of myself. The countless memories I have created through ZTA have made my college years not only more meaningful, but truly unforgettable, leaving a lasting impact that I will carry with me long after graduation”

Happy Senior Sunday to our sister .blazek 💗

Hayley will be graduating with a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Graphic Design! After graduating, Hayley plans on returning home to pursue her career in graphic design.

“During my time in Kappa Lambda, I’ve grown both professionally and personally in ways truly taught me the importance of lifelong learning. I feel incredibly fortunate to be part of a chapter where my sisters truly feel like family, who I can rely on for support, guidance, and constant encouragement. I’ve been inspired by the women who continuously challenged me to grow, learn, and evolve.

Serving as Signs & Apparel Chairman on Programs Council and later as VP of Communications on Executive Council allowed me to develop my creativity, leadership, and teamwork skills while embracing opportunities to learn and improve. Each role pushed me to step outside my comfort zone and continue growing.

Looking back, I’m so grateful for the connections, memories, and leadership experiences that have shaped me and instilled in me the value of lifelong learning, humility and love that I will carry far beyond my time in ZTA🩵”

Your leadership, dedication, and love for this sisterhood have left a lasting mark. We’re so lucky to call you our VP Communication and even luckier to call you our sister📸💗
