“ZTA has played a meaningful and transformative role in shaping my college experience, continually pushing me to grow both personally and professionally. Through my involvement, I have developed into a more empathetic and intentional leader by learning how to truly support, listen to, and uplift those around me. These experiences have not only strengthened my relationships within the chapter but have also shaped how I show up for others in all areas of my life.
My time in Kappa Lambda has also significantly strengthened my confidence in professional settings. I have learned to carry myself with greater poise, purpose, and self-assurance, allowing me to approach new opportunities and challenges with both grace and determination.
Along the way, I have built genuine, lasting connections with individuals who have supported, challenged, and inspired me to become the best version of myself. The countless memories I have created through ZTA have made my college years not only more meaningful, but truly unforgettable, leaving a lasting impact that I will carry with me long after graduation”
