Part-time Instructors needed
At Northwest State Community College, it is our mission to serve by providing access to excellent and affordable education, training, and services that will improve the lives of individuals and strengthen communities.
We are currently looking for part-time instructors who share that vision and are eager to make a difference in the lives of others, in the following academic areas:
Biology- The qualified applicant must hold a Master’s degree in Biology or a related Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate credit hours in Biology.
Chemistry- The qualified applicant must hold a Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate credit hours in Chemistry.
Composition- The qualified applicant must hold a Master’s degree in English, preferably in Rhetoric/Composition, or a Master’s degree and a cohesive set of at least 18 semester credit hours of graduate coursework in English.
These positions are responsible for instructing and evaluating student progress in the classroom. Part-time instructors will also work closely with the full-time faculty and the dean in their leadership, development, assessment, and evaluation of curriculum. All classes will be in- person at the Archbold campus.
