~ Rikki Schenkel, 2021 Graduate The Anna Collins Franklin Foundation (“ACFF”) operates an unusual scholarship program under which scholarships are provided to adults residing in Carter County whose continuum of education has been interrupted by family, career, or military reasons and adults wishing to enter a new field of work. The scholarship award is to assist the r

ecipient in obtaining education from a university, college, technology center, trade school, general educational diploma program, and other training/educational programs. In addition to funding for tuition, books, and associated fees, the ACFF scholarships may also be used to pay the cost of childcare, transportation, or any other personal expenses incurred by the student as a direct result of his/her school attendance and only when these expenses are essential for the student’s education. Those just finishing high school are not eligible.

Big Congratulations to our CDL Class A students! These students represent the first class done through a cooperative partnership with Central Tech. Central Tech is the foremost industry leader in Truck Driver Training in Oklahoma. The Scholarship Committee met yesterday and made their recommendations to the Trustees. Checks & letters were mailed today, 12/23/25. If you don't receive yours by 1/5/26 please contact us. The next deadline for applications will be in July, 2026.
