What we call 'golden hour' is actually Rayleigh scattering!

When the sun is low on the horizon, its light travels through much more of the Earth’s atmosphere than at midday. The atmosphere acts as a filter, scattering shorter wavelengths of light (blue and violet) and allowing longer wavelengths (red, orange, and yellow) to pass through. The visual spectacle of warm hues can trigger the brain to release dopamine, which reduces stress πŸŒ…
