We all experience the too busy 'itis', particularly during the beginning, midterm & final parts of each semester, especially during the long semesters. This interactive workshop will include key tips to reduce burnout, be productive & BREATHE through these times. It will include group discussions & 'presentations' of findings from each group! These strategies will directly support your ability to be a more present and effective educator for your students.
This session is hybrid. A light lunch will be provided for in-person attendees.
