Just a friendly reminder that the A-B Tech Hot Food Team is slanging hot dogs today at the Magnolia building (30 Tech Dr.) 11AM to 1PM. Dog meals range from $10 - $15. Entertainment by your umami DJ The Notorious M.S.G. Next door at Fernihurst there will also be a massive cookbook and kitchenware sale. Yesterday Chef Brown taught her final class at A-B Tech. She does not like taking photographs of herself but we were able to coerce her into taking a photo with her last class of Baking I students. Chef taught in our program for over 20 years and is retiring. If you’ve got fond memories of Chef Brown drop her a line here in appreciation.
