The Education Department will be spotlighting our 26 graduates this summer, and we are starting with our Education Studies majors! Education Studies is our NEW major that is intended for students who wish to teach, but who may not want to teach in a traditional K-school setting. Our first graduate is Amelia Thoms - congrats, Amelia!

From class of 2023, James Manning embodies what it means to be a teacher in many aspects. He makes his students feel welcomed, important, and grows their learning in various ways. He even plans to start an SOL review for his students to help grow their confidence in their education!
