🎓 Graduate Spotlight: Sierra Saxon
Bachelor of Social Work

Sierra chose OHIO Chillicothe for its proximity to her Frankfort home and its reputation.
"It had the small town feeling, along with the diversity I wanted to experience."

Her favorite college memories include Social Work Advocacy Day, Student Social Work Association events, decorating graduation caps, and the simple, everyday class conversations.
"All of these things have helped me feel more connected to my degree and helped me form meaningful connections that will last forever."

Her advice to current students? Check out the campus events!
"The school works hard to create fun things to give back to students, and I think that is special. Don't miss out on connecting with the people in your class. It makes a difference."

Sierra completed her professional internship and will now be employed at A New Leaf Inc., a non-profit providing foster care services for children and families in Central and Southern Ohio. She also plans to pursue her master's degree in social work.

🎓 Graduate Spotlight: Tiffany Gaiter
Bachelor of Science in Social Work

Tiffany Gaiter's path into social work was personal before it was professional. She knows firsthand how much the right support at the right time can change someone's life, and that's exactly what drives her work.

As a non-traditional student, she balanced full-time leadership in behavioral health, motherhood, and now grandmotherhood, all while earning her degree. She credits Dr. Glenn Abraham for pushing her to think beyond direct practice and into advocacy and systems level change.

She doesn't just want to work in this field. She wants to help improve it.

We're still celebrating our grads! See Tiffany's full spotlight at the link below and submit your own:
