🌟 Student Spotlight 🌟
Meet Rebecca Evans from Vidalia, Georgia!
After starting her college journey undecided, Rebecca found her place in CAES within the Poultry Science Department. Rebecca is majoring in Poultry Science with a minor in Agribusiness. She was drawn to the strong community, supportive professors, and meaningful networking opportunities. Her time has been filled with rewarding opportunities including her study abroad and internship experiences. She expanded her global perspective on agriculture while gaining hands-on knowledge last year. This spring, Rebecca is working in Atlanta, Georgia as an Intern with the Georgia Agribusiness Council. Later this summer, she will be working in Washington, D.C. as a Congressional Agricultural Fellow representing Georgia's largest industry. This is a huge honor where she will gain even more meaningful insight into agricultural policy at both the federal and state levels. We are proud to call Rebecca a ! 🐓✈️🌱
