Congratulations to Lorie Elliott for graduating with her GED in 2021. (Graduation was delayed due to Covid) She is pursuing her Accounting Assistant Diploma and will complete February 2023.

TCAT Athens participated in the Tellico Plains High School Career Fair. What a great event! We discussed the programs that are available for students after graduation. Collision Repair Instructor, Freddy Smith explained that our programs are hands-on and a great choice for high school seniors. We met many students that participate in the dual enrollment classes. We are currently accepting applications for Summer 2022.

River Valley AgCredit recently welcomed Kaitlyn Schlemmer as a Branch Assistant at the Athens Branch. Kaitlyn graduated from McMinn County High School in 2014. She received a certificate for Administrative Office Technology from Tennessee College of Applied Technology in 2016. Kaitlyn recently relocated back to the Athens area from Norfolk, Virginia. Kaitlyn is a licensed insurance producer for property and casualty, life, health, and annuities in her previous employment.
Kaitlyn is excited to be back in her hometown, and looks forward to serving the borrowers of Athens, TN. Stop by and welcome her to the River Valley AgCredit family.
