Athens State University welcomed a new group of undergraduate and graduate students to the Bonner Leader Program for Fall 2026.

🐻New Bonners: Chad Ackerman, Haley Everett, William Harris, Briana Long, Ali Love, Chiquittia Mahaley, Mariama Mansaray, Theadora McDonald and Tranesha Morrow

🫶Returning Bonners: Tiffany Abbott, Sharifah Abubaker, Bibiana Barragan, Lenora Dean, Bridget Lee, Timothy McPhail, Sera Smith and Laura Still.

These students will serve at non-profits helping to transform their communities through service. This unique and nationally recognized program benefits our students and their communities by partnering with Community Learning Partners (CLPs)/Non-Profits while providing financial assistance to the Bonner.
