I am so PROUD of each and every one of you that graduated today!

Leadership is a passion of mine . . . it's not about dictating orders, but it is about getting people to follow you - the best version of you - so you can achieve goals together.

Congrats graduates - may you all take a part of me and Athens with you (wherever you go) and make this world a better place!

What a great experience our leaders were able to have in Atlanta, GA this week! After visiting AutomationDirect, PwC, Google, and The Coca-Cola Company, we left with knowledge on how to be successful upon entering the workplace.

Thank you to the Ohio University Alumni, Chris Hellmann, Jeff Raw, Ryan Ellis, and many others for giving us such a warm welcome to the city! We are so thankful to have had the chance to meet you and expand our network. Go Bobcats!

We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to travel to visit these innovative and thriving companies. Thank you to Andrew Pueschel and Shawnee Meek for traveling with us!

"This trip served as a reminder that growth is continuous if you are willing to never stop learning and that leadership is acknowledging you don’t have to have strengths in all fields but can take a step back, utilize what strengths you do have and recognize the strengths of those around you to create efficiency, reach goals, and build support among your team through communication, listening, and empathy." -Kirsten Gill
