Some advice and wisdom from Assistant Professor of Visual Communication & Undergraduate Director, Catherine Penrod, in the School of Visual Communication.

You don’t have to have it all figured out—just show up, stay curious, and say yes to new experiences. Growth lives in the uncomfortable moments and asking for help is part of the process. Take care of yourself, trust that you belong here, and let this be the beginning of who you’re becoming.
