SENIOR SPOTLIGHT SUNDAY: Kayla Matta

Some people call her Kayla, but I call her Sister Chromatid. Yeah she is my big but she's also my friend and roommate. She's always there when I needed someone to talk to. She is going to make a great doctor one day. I can't wait to see where life takes her and see how far she goes. She can do anything she puts her mind to.

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT SUNDAY:
Heeeeeeyuhhhhh! Victoria Rose Francesca Zang(ari) is a rarified specimen of the human element crystalized (for now) right here in this sacred grove, the Ogle Bubble. She is a yankee, hailing from the gravy capital of the world – New Jersey – where I hear the streets ooze with pasta sauce and ornamental shrubberies blossom with zeppole. I wouldn’t know.
What I do know is that she is one of those strange aquifers for the soul that bubbles up in the way she coddles her friends and outwits her foes. She is fun to watch – just know she is probably watching you too from behind her fine Italian curls. She knows practically everything – probably even something about you. If you’re not careful, you may trip over her at night as she lies on the concrete pondering the vast celestial abyss through metropolitan light pollution. A lover of the stars who has never seen them twinkle – Victoria is a true romantic.
She is also what some (and by some, I mean I) would call a dingus. Victoria loses beanies you buy her and finds pinecones in the palm of her hand – pinecones that were placed there by friends.
Friend of the Ginkgo, Pilgrim of Our Lady, and a Zang in the truest sense of the word, my Big sure is something. If only I could figure out what that something that is…

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT SUNDAY:
Ahh Patrick Patisaul . Where do I start ? I am so lucky to have a big like him. Patty is always there for me if I need someone to vent to about being too busy as a bio major or just someone that’s been through it to give me some perspective. Patty is the best for so many reasons including the fact that he’s always around for a good time . Patrick and I have had so many great memories . Half of them were in a frat house & the other half were over a plate of food . But that doesn’t matter. All that matters is that I am going to miss Patty so much when he graduates and I know that he is going to bring his great attitude and versatility with him no matter where goes ,and I know he’s going to succeed.

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT SUNDAY:

Bethany is an amazing and inspiring person. She goes out of her way to help others and be as supportive as possible. From the moment we met I knew it was meant to be. Us both being from the Buffalo area just sealed the deal. I know she will accomplish all her dreams because she is determined and ambitious. She didn't just become my mentor; she became a very dear friend that I don't know what I would do without.

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT SUNDAY:

A brilliantly goofy, wonderfully bubbly, all around lovely individual. Just a few short years ago we met in a Core class and who would’ve know that you and I (and Granny, I guess) were going to have such a magnificent family. Dena, you’re a loving and caring person that I have been so grateful to have. I appreciate your mentorship and the loving atmosphere you greet me with.
P.S. remember that time when I found out you were my big and then you got BBQ sauce on your neck, that was a great time...
Much, Much Love.
