A common leadership mistake? Assuming great work will always speak for itself.

Visibility matters. Advocating for your ideas, sharing wins, and contributing your perspective are all part of leadership growth.

Confidence isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room — it’s about being willing to be seen.

💬 What’s one way you’ve become more confident professionally?

We’re officially halfway through the year, which is a perfect time to pause and reflect.

✨ What’s one leadership skill you’ve strengthened so far in 2026?
✨ And what’s one area you still want to grow in?

Leadership development isn’t linear. Growth happens through experience, reflection, and consistency.

Reflecting on this year’s Leadership Conference and a powerful reminder from EWG President Friedberg:
“Leadership isn’t simply about reaching the next rung or measuring your success based on how high you can climb. It’s about consciously shaping the journey—both your own and for those to whom you offer leadership.” said Friedberg.

With 300+ leaders in the room, this year’s theme — Own Your Path: Ignite. Elevate. Lead. — came to life through conversations, connection, and shared perspective.

At our recent Leadership Conference, we had the privilege of welcoming Paige Alexander, CEO of The Carter Center .

She shared a powerful reminder for leaders navigating complexity.

“Knowing who you are, what you stand for, and where you can’t compromise. That is an important part of how we move forward as leaders,” Alexander said. “Lead with presence, be in the moment. Don’t be afraid to be decisive, but don’t be afraid to admit that you might have to pivot. That is the strength and that is the superpower that many women have that others do not. And build partnerships, convene across differences, and move with others. That is the way we move faster.”

Thank you Paige for sharing your experience and inspiring our community of leaders.

🎓 Congratulations to the Goizueta BBA Class of 2026!

Today, we celebrate an incredible milestone as graduates from Goizueta Business School take the stage at the BBA Diploma Ceremony.

From years of hard work to this defining moment, this class represents the next generation of leaders — ready to make an impact across industries and communities.

We’re especially excited to see each graduate cross the stage and hear from this year’s Class Orator as they reflect on the journey and what’s ahead.

✨ To the Class of 2026: your leadership journey is just beginning. We can’t wait to see where it takes you.

Leadership takes many forms, including the leadership we show in our personal lives.

This weekend, we recognize and celebrate those who lead with care, resilience, and strength every day (& often balancing more than anyone sees).

Happy Mother’s Day to all who lead at work, at home, and everywhere in between. 💐
