It’s the first of June, and we are ready to, "Feed the Movement!"
This week, we are Wearing Pink, Spending Green, and Buying Black by intentional spending with Black-owned restaurants, cafes, bakeries, food trucks, and beverage brands.
Our collective goal is $8 million this month, and it starts with just $19.08. That's one delicious meal, one specialty coffee, or one sweet treat. Let's help "Build Our Economic Wealth," one bite (or sip!) at a time.

This Memorial Day, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® pauses to honor the legacy of our nation's heroes.
We deeply remember the brave men, women, and especially our courageous AKA Sisters who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our freedom. Today, we reflect on their profound dedication, and commit to upholding the values of unity and service they so proudly fought for.
Wishing you and your loved ones a beautiful and meaningful day of remembrance.

We’re proud to support the American Red Cross HBCU Ambassador Leadership Program and congratulate the 2026–2028 HBCU Ambassador cohort! ❤️🩸

As part of their onboarding conference in Atlanta, the cohort will host a community blood drive on Thursday, June 4, 2026, from 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM at the National Center for Civil and Human Rights.
