The College of Education & Human Development's Department of Middle and Secondary Education is hosting the 2026 Glorious HAIR and Identities Conference on Saturday, June 20, 2026, in CEHD room 150.
This interdisciplinary conference invites teachers, students, scholars, theorists, administrators, artists and community members to engage in critical discussions around all aspects, dimensions and types of hair.
There will be a varied style of intellectual work, including but not limited to posters, papers, panels, hair salon, video, visual, music, spoken word, dance and drama.
Presentation Proposals for the 2026 Glorious HAIR and Identities Conference have been extended to May 27, 2026.
