Freshman Honors College scholar Charlaye Dennis chose Georgia State because of it's proximity to opportunity and care. In our final welcome back word of wisdom, Religious Studies professor Dr. Keith A. Menhinick shares about the importance of doing the hard work. Though we can't always control the flow of inspiration, we can cultivate the environment for it to flow with a consistant and healthy work ethic.

"Set your phone to “do not disturb,” minimize your distractions, and focus on one task at a time," said Menhinick. "Set the clock, and for the designated amount of time, do the work. Then, get up and move your body."
