The Office of Information Services (IS) is pleased to support all of the computing resources that are available to the faculty, students, and staff at Rollins. Our services include: operating the student computing labs, supporting faculty and staff desktops and the Rollins network, maintaining secure research servers, providing email services, and supporting the Rollins website. While our mission

is technical, our service is always personal. Tech Support

Our office operates the IS Help Desk, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, to provide computing assistance for the faculty, students, and staff at Rollins. The quickest way to get support is to fill out the self service help desk request form. The IS Help Desk can also be reached by email ([email protected]) or phone at 404-727-5536.
