My name is Beth Chmura and I am the new Admin. Support Associate for the Exploration Center. I graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Elementary Education and I was also a member of the Auburn University Marching Band and Tau Beta Sigma. Upon graduation, my husband and I moved to Birmingham where I worked as a Career Counselor and Program Assistant at Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law.
 
Auburn has always been home to me and an important part of my life. I am excited to be able to serve my alma mater by encouraging and empowering students in their career search.

War Eagle! My name is Sophie Pierce and I’m a new academic advisor at the Exploratory Advising Center. I’m a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and a Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My past clinical experience includes working at a community mental health/addictions center, a psychiatric hospital setting, and college counseling centers. I’m a huge Auburn football fan, and believe in Auburn and LOVE IT! It’s such an honor to be a part of each and every students journey in discovering themselves and reaching their dreams!

A special congratulations to our very own, Carrington Clevenger, who has been a critical member of the EXPL team for several years.
