Purdue Extension-DeKalb County 4-H The DeKalb County 4-H program provides exciting educational experiences through hands-on learning! An equal access/equal opportunity university or EA/EOU.

Youth are encouraged to explore and develop life skills, which will help them become a positive difference in the lives of others as well as their own. Has 4-H had an impact? You can find out by making eight random telephone calls, or writing eight letters, or simply stopping eight people on the street.
