The Office of Information Technology is aware of an issue with the “tap to print” function not working properly on TigerPrint Printers.

👉 While we are actively working with our 3rd-party vendor, Ricoh, to resolve the issue, please use the Print Release Code sent to your Auburn email to complete the print job.

Not only are they free, but you can download the apps on up to 5 different devices. So, your phone, tablet, and computer can all stay synced together seamlessly! 👏

With over 30 printer and copier locations spread across campus, printing couldn’t be more convenient. We also have a full-time Ricoh printing technician on campus to service and support all the TigerPrint printers and copiers. Simply add funds to your TigerPrint account, print directly from your device, and release the print job at the printer location of your choice with your TigerID.

Keep these tips in mind:

🔸 QUESTION if a message makes you feel differently, such as scared or alarmed.
🔸 When in doubt, REPORT it!
