The OIT Service Desk will close at 4:00PM on Tuesday, June 9th in preparation for the Argentina vs. Iceland Soccer Match. We will resume regular hours on Wednesday, June 10 at 7:30AM.

Camp War Eagle is about to start 🎉 and wants to make sure you have everything you need for a successful session. Before arriving, please go over the OIT Checklist below to make sure you are fully connected to campus. We have also included links to our Knowledge Base articles for more information.

1️⃣ Make sure you know your Auburn username and password aub.ie/logininfo

2️⃣ Have the Duo Authentication app aub.ie/duosetupkb downloaded and set up with your (student’s) phone number. We recommend selecting the “Duo Mobile” option during setup.

3️⃣ Make sure you are able log into your Auburn email aub.ie/emailkb and AUAccess aub.ie/newauaccesshelp accounts. This will require Duo.

4️⃣ Once you arrive on campus, connect to eduroam aub.ie/eduroam wifi using your full Auburn email address and password. This will require Duo.

5️⃣ Save the OIT Service Desk contact information below or visit aub.ie/itservicedesk
