AU's Women in Computing (AU_WIC) was founded in the Fall 2010 and is sponsored by the Computer Science & Software Engineering Department at Auburn University. Our aim is to facilitate communication within the department regarding recruiting and internship events, academic panels, technical workshops, company visits, programming contests, student activities, stipends, grants,scholarships, and all o

ther opportunities for women in the computing field. All Auburn University students, faculty, staff and alumni who are interested in informatics and technology are welcome to join AU_WIC, regardless of gender or field of study. Individuals from the surrounding community and those from companies that are interested in sponsoring AU_WIC's activities are also welcome.
