Hey everyone!

Auburn ASCE is offering our 2017 Conference Competition shirt for sale. These front pocket, comfort color shirts comes in long or shirt sleeve options for 25 and 20 dollars respectively. If you are coming to conference with Auburn ASCE then you will receive a 3 dollar discount. ASCE officers will be on the second floor of Harbert on Friday and Monday from 1:30 to 3:00 PM to receive orders and payments. 1) There will not be a Career Lunch Series this week.

2) Our next General Body Meeting is next Thursday, February 2nd in Davis 155 at 6:30 PM. Dinner will be provided for those who attend the meeting!

3) Our Civil Engineering Career Fair is coming up on January 30th in the Dixon Conference Center at the Hotel at Auburn University. Be sure to check it out on Handshake (https://auburn.joinhandshake.com/career_fairs/1577) and to come, it's a great place to meet a lot of companies!

4) There is an open position for Member At Large in our chapter, since it is a new semester. If you have any questions or are interested, please contact Mark McDonnell ([email protected]) or Andrew Bynum ([email protected]).

2) There will be a General Body Meeting this Thursday, November 17th at 6:30 PM in Davis 155 where the ASCE Montgomery branch will come and talk about their chapter. Be sure to bring resumes and questions, this is a good networking opportunity - ALDOT and ADEM members will be here to talk about part-time, full-time, internship, and co-op job opportunities. Chick-fil-a will be also be provided for dinner!

2) OutCELL will hold a meeting in Davis 155 at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, November 8th.

3) There will be a General Body Meeting next Thursday November 17th at 6:30 PM in Davis 155 where the ASCE Montgomery branch will come and talk about their chapter. Food will be also be provided!

2) There will be a Steel Bridge meeting Tuesday, November 1st at 6:00 PM.

3) OutCELL will hold a meeting in Davis 155 at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, November 1st.

4) There will be no General Body Meeting this week.

5) ASCE is making a resume book to distribute to faculty, guest professional speakers, and at professional development conferences. To be eligible to have your resume included, you must be an Auburn student (graduate or undergrad), an active member who has paid dues this year, and send your resume (1 page for undergrad, 2 for graduate students) to [email protected] ASAP. Participation is voluntary, but encouraged.
