Mason Williams worked at the Auburn RFID Lab for three and a half years, strengthening his problem solving and critical thinking skills and preparing him for a successful career.

Mason exemplified an excellent work ethic and learned to try all different types of solutions to resolve a task. He took these skills with him into the workforce as he created automated tools to track and mitigate tariff spend in his position as a business analyst at Qorvo Inc., improving the processes used within the company and optimizing spending. Once he finishes his role at Qorvo in June, he will be breaking off to start his own financial advising firm where he will focus on holistic wealth management, including securities, insurance, and retirement planning.

Mason’s advice to students entering the workforce is to “keep pushing until something sticks” and “be willing to take on whatever is thrown at you.” This attitude, he says, will help new employees stand out in the workforce and succeed in their new roles.

We are so proud of Mason and know that he will continue to be able to adapt and thrive in his career!

A special shoutout to our June birthdays! Wishing you all a great month ahead.
