“To each potential new member:

I’m so happy you’re here! My name is Mary Caroline Hatcher and it is an absolute privilege and blessing to serve kappa delta as this year’s Vice President of Recruitment and Marketing! I have served on recruitment team for the past two years, and it has been one of the greatest joys of my life. I have been thinking of and praying for each of you since November and we have been so eager to meet each of you for months! Recruitment is not an easy process, and my biggest goal is to make each of you feel at ease and loved for who you are in our chapter. My top advice is to savor the experience even more- this is such a unique opportunity to connect with countless new people and learn new things about yourself. I'm anticipating witnessing the hand of the Lord in each of your personal journeys! Please remember that none of us are flawless, and we have no expectations for perfection from any of you. Sisters Carmen, Jenna, Olivia, and Fagan have been studying in Austria for the past few weeks through the University of New Orleans!!! Studying everything from Italian to International Communications, they’ve enjoyed learning about other cultures and working on their minors in the heart of the Alps!! 🏔️💚 && of course showing with our ADPi besties 👯‍♀️👯‍♀️
