Did you know? The process for completing your registration and being an official LION is 1} Acceptance 2} Financial Aid 3} Advising & Registration 4} Housing 5} Clear Business Office. Financial Aid is one of the most complex things to complete. You will see that office the most when trying to finish your enrollment for the year.

In other words- DON'T WAIT; GET YOUR THINGS DONE ASAP!

Same goes for returning students----> You don't have to wait until registration to clear the business office and get your sticker for your ID, parking decal, etc.

Did you know that you could go online to request an IRS tax transcript for free? Visit https://sa2.www4.irs.gov/irfof-tra/start.do to request yours today. If you were selected for financial aid verification, your parents will thank you for this link! Be PROACTIVE! Help your parents out; they will be surprised!

This online service should work without JavaScript enabled on your browser but you will miss out on some of our features, such as help topics.

Did you know? Housing deposits can be paid over the phone with a debit or credit card? YES!!! Just have your student ID number handy and call the business office at 706.821.8239 or 706.821.8318! Housing deposits are $250 and the housing application fee is $25. Financial Aid cannot be used to pay for your housing fees, so get it in and avoid a line!

Did you know? The Dept. of Information Technology is located on the 3rd floor of Haygood Holsey Hall. They are responsible for our campus-wide helpdesk in addition to the increased technological infrastructure. According to Mike Hicks, Director of ITS, the helpdesk has serviced 10,000 calls and counting since it's original installation in May 2011! For problems with campus logins or anything techonology related, call the helpdesk at 706.821.8378; press option 3 for immediate assistance.

Did you know? www.studentloans.gov is the website that can give more ensight on completing Parent Plus Loans and Student Loans. Parents and students with loans MUST complete entrance loan counseling and sign a Master Promissory Note (MPN). Visit the sight today and avoid a line at orientation!

Students and parents must sign in using their own Federal Student Aid PIN to check their eligibility for Special Direct Consolidation and, if eligible, complete an application and promissory note.
