James is one of ARM’s new Automation Engineers! Having graduated in December 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Multi-Disciplinary Engineering Technology with a minor in Embedded Systems Development, his background and positive attitude will be a great addition to ARM’s experienced engineering team.

Working at ARM, James’s goal is to build upon his education and become a more proficient engineer while working on robotic systems.

After hours you can find James hanging out with his dog, Starlight, or playing tabletop games with his friends. We are so excited for James to join the ARM family!

THE TEAM @ ARM AUTOMATION. Karen has a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice from Texas State University. We are so excited to have her join ARM Automation as our new Production, Resource, and Procurement Manager. She has over 28 years of customer service, project management, purchasing, and logistics experience.

She is eager for this new opportunity to join the ARM team and start making a difference. Her goal is to provide the best service she can to our customers and continue to build a positive ARM Automation reputation. She will be working on facilitating production management, procurement, resource planning, and project management and support.

When she’s not a work she enjoys spending time with her family at home. Welcome, Karen!

THE TEAM @ ARM AUTOMATION. Jessie is ARM’s newest Automation Engineer! With an education from the University of North Texas and a B.S. in Mechanical & Energy Engineering, Jessie is starting at ARM Automation focusing on robotic programming and software implementation.

Jessie is excited to build on his education while working on coding and software development. His goal is to become an expert at robotic programming to grow his responsibility and become an invaluable asset to ARM Automation.

While not at work Jesse loves listening to all types of music & playing electric guitar and drums. He enjoys RPG gaming such as Dungeons and Dragons, hanging out with friends and family and watching Formula 1 racing on the weekends. Welcome Jesse!

THE TEAM @ ARM AUTOMATION. Micaela is ARM Automation’s new Marketing Associate! Graduated in 2018 with a B.B.A. in Marketing from Texas State University, she has 3 years of previous marketing experience in retail and the show fountain industry. She started working at ARM in May 2021 and is excited for the growth opportunities at ARM Automation.

Her goals as the Marketing Associate are to increase the visibility of ARM Automation’s brand and other divisions, such as SplashBotix. She looks to generate new leads for ARM & its divisions, as well as foster business opportunities and relationships. Through strategic brand development, project management & digital marketing techniques she hopes to be an impactful addition to the ARM team.

When she’s not working M-F you can catch her hanging out with her dog, Hallie, while grabbing coffee & tacos for brunch.

THE TEAM @ ARM AUTOMATION. Learn more about us! Martin is one of ARM’s new Automation Engineers, focusing on electrical and pneumatic design.

Recently graduated from the University of Texas with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, his goal is to build upon his interdisciplinary engineering skills & better equip himself to fulfill any ARM Automation engineering need. Martin is excited to develop more skills within multiple engineering disciplines such as mechanical and software engineering.

Martin continues building his skills across engineering and non-engineering topics via online courses and YouTube. Outside of work he likes to stay active playing a variety of sports, working out, and adventuring the outdoors. He’s also passionate about listening to and producing music, philosophy and psychology, and learning a bit of cooking.
