Darshan has made history as the FIRST-EVER recipient of this prestigious recognition, honoring a NAPA organization Board/E-Board member who has made a profound impact on their respective organization.

Currently serving as National Executive Vice President of Delta Epsilon Psi Fraternity, Inc. and Vice Chair of Finance for NAPA, Darshan has exemplified what true servant leadership looks like. From modernizing organizational systems and building national infrastructure to mentoring emerging leaders and strengthening fiscal sustainability across NAPA, his contributions have left an indelible mark on our community.

His leadership journey—from National Director of Marketing to VP of Communication to Executive VP—has been defined not by titles, but by action, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to elevating those around him. Darshan’s impact can be seen in the systems he’s built, the relationships he’s strengthened, and the example he continues to set for the entire APIDA Greek community.

Proud to have our National Executive Board members, Brothers Bishawjit Saha (National President) and Darshan Amin (Executive Vice President), represent Delta Epsilon Psi at the 2025 NAPA Annual Meeting in Las Vegas, NV! 🎉

This year’s Annual Meeting was especially meaningful as NAPA celebrated its 20th Anniversary—marking two decades of leadership, unity, and community building in the APIDA Greek community. As an organization powered entirely by dedicated volunteers, NAPA’s milestone is a testament to the collective passion and commitment of countless leaders who have paved the way.

We were also excited to see one of our valued partners, NMDP, as a sponsor for this historic event. Their continued support reflects the powerful impact that occurs when organizations come together in service of our communities.

We are heartbroken by the devastating tragedy that has struck the Texas Hill Country. Our deepest thoughts and sympathies are with all those impacted by the catastrophic flooding, especially the families who have lost loved ones. Our prayers remain with the families of the missing children and counselor at Camp Mystic as search and rescue operations continue, hoping for their safe reunification.
