Delta Kappa Delta (ΔΚΔ) is a South-Asian interest sorority for young women who have dedicated their hearts and souls to service and sisterhood. ("Behind Every True Indian Sister") was created as the grass roots service organization in which the National Founding Mothers realized the need to unite, serve, and educate the community. On October 1, 1999, these 13 young women began to spread their idea
ls to others under the name of Delta Kappa Delta. In addition to serving the community with enthusiasm, the National Founding Mothers emphasized excellence in education, citizenship, culture, and Sisterhood. Today, the women of Delta Kappa Delta continue to exemplify the concept of “Sisterhood Built Through Service”. It is through service that the young women of Delta Kappa Delta are able to reach out to the community.
