Secular Student Alliance Austin, Texas Chapter Atheists, skeptics, humanists and other freethinking students of the University of Texas at Austin.

Find us tabling around campus on Mondays, or meet with us from 5:30 - 6:30pm at Garrison Hall (GAR 2.112) every Wednesday! We are affiliated with the national Secular Student Alliance (SSA):

Secular Student Alliance affiliates promote the ideals of scientific and critical inquiry, democracy, secularism and human-based ethics. We accomplish this through five areas of focus: education, service, act

ivism, community and cooperation. Our goals are to:
- Build a community for non-theists at University of Texas
at Austin
- Educate ourselves and our local community about religion
and non-theism
- Contribute to society through community service
- Participate in our government through activism

This week we are running our once-a-semester fundraiser for the org! Donate to us, and specify which religious service you would like us to attend, and we will attend services for the 2 religions we receive the most donations from!

We'll be tabling on West Mall Wednesday and Thursday, and on Speedway on Friday! Can't make it out to see us? You can donate to our Venmo

This weekend is Christian Movie Night, where we give low-budget christian cinema the appreciation it deserves.
Come vote on which movie you want us to watch at this weeks meeting, and find us at Dobie Food Court for dinner after.
