Hello friends!

Come see a staged reading of a beautiful new play written by our very own Rachel Aston Warren. One performance will be held SATURDAY OCTOBER 12th at 7pm and will include a brief talk balk which will be held immediately after the reading. House will open at 6:45

This show is COMPLETELY FREE!!

Please come and support some great undergraduate work and allow our playwright to let their work be heard and responded to by a live audience!!

In this piece of gay historical fiction, a playwright explores the life and writing of Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz. As the worlds volley between that of Sor Juana and the contemporary world of the playwright, she guides the audience to consider the possibility of queerness, mental illness, and questions of faith in the context of Mexico City in the 1600s. With the help of Purpose, Desire, Shame, and Religion, we see glimpses of Sor Juana's daily life, as well as the poetry of a le***an creating a puzzle of answers to the question: Who, or what, was Juana's greatest love?

Hello RAPbits! Its that time of year again! This Tuesday 9/3, we will be hosting our FIRST MEETING OF THE SEMESTER!!!!

Come on in and get to know our wonderful officers and meet some of our members. Topics today will include meet-n-greet, our first big event the New Play Workshop, and ongoing plans for the rest of the semester.

We also will be hosting our STORY TIME and handing out a Gift Card to the winner!

Hello Everyone!

Do you have a show you're just itching to make happen at UT? If so, you're in luck because Directing Applications are live!
Whether it's published, a new work, or something entirely different from a staged play, send it in!
Also, we accept theatre majors and non majors alike. So even if you’re not a major, you can still apply!
This Thursday we'll be having an info session for anyone interested in directing next semester, in the meantime, feel free to email or message us with any questions you make have!
