This organization provides a great opportunity to build your leadership skills! Each semester, we bring a new initiative to life. Historically, some of our initiatives have included entrepreneurial start-ups, case competitions, and service projects. Roden is a flat organization. We elect a chair and a vice chair for administrative purposes, but all members have an equal opportunity to head our initiatives or take on leadership roles in another capacity. We also emphasize internal mentorship; because we select some of the most accomplished, well-rounded members of the Cockrell School, our older members and large alumni network have much wisdom to offer our younger members.

Our members are driven, intellectually curious, and have diverse interests. We welcome all engineering majors.
