This is Tate Maxham from Wilmette, IL, PC ‘25!!! 💘🌟

“Coming to UT as an out of state student was extremely daunting. The thought of having to move to a completely new city and try and find friends anything like my tight knit high school friend group felt pretty impossible. But as soon as I felt the genuine kindness and love radiating from Chi O I instantly knew what seemed impossible was so possible! Chi O has made the scary step of starting a new chapter so easy and I’m so grateful for all the lifelong sisters I’ve met along the way. I’ve never felt more supported, loved, or more like myself than I do around these girls. I’m so happy to have found my home away from home, and I can’t wait for all the memories to come!”

“From the moment I walked into Chi O during recruitment, it was clear I was surrounded by women who are genuinely so kind and intentional!! Each and every woman in this organization is so well-rounded and classy, and I truly look up to them in all that they do for our chapter! I remember being so nervous to go to college away from my older sister, but in meeting the older Chi Os I have felt an overwhelming comfort. I chose Chi O and it has been one of my biggest college blessings! It is a sisterhood that has given me a true sense of community, and I I feel incredibly lucky to get to do life alongside some of my very best friends!! 💛”
