Drama and Theatre for Youth and Communities M.F.A. program at UT Austin

Drama and Theatre for Youth and Communities M.F.A. program at UT Austin Drama and Theatre for Youth and Communities (DTYC) is a graduate program in the College of Fine Arts at the University of Texas at Austin.

Graduate students in the program are pursuing their Masters of Fine Arts. Graduate students from the Department of Theatre and Dance at UT Austin pursuing their M.F.A. degree in Drama and Theatre for Youth and Communities, focus on a variety of scholarly and artistic pursuits. Areas of artistry and research include: Theatre for Young Audiences (TYA), Education, and Applied Drama and Theatre.

Cortney and Lily will attend a Cornerstone Theatre Company Intensive on community based theatre-making, which they will use to help create a new community based performance with high school students at McCarter Theater Center in Princeton, NJ!
