Today at 3:00pm!!! Join members of the Bainbridge Symphony Orchestra for an afternoon of beautiful chamber music in the Cynthia Sears Studio. This program will feature Johan Halvorsen's famous Passacaglia in G minor after G. F. Händel, Claude Debussy's charming Petit Suite for woodwind quintet, and Johannes Brahms' epic String Sextet No. 1 in B-flat Major.

All Aboard! Join the Bainbridge Symphony Orchestra February 13-15 for a joyful midwinter concert that whisks you away on a journey through sound and imagination. The concert begins with Arthur Honegger's Pacific 231, a thrilling tone poem depicting the mechanical power of a steam locomotive speeding up. We are then joined by brilliant young cellist Anthony Kim (14), the winner of our 2025 Young Artists Competition, performing Joseph Haydn's graceful Cello Concerto in C major. The concert culminates in a performance of Dvořák’s exuberant Symphony No. 8 in G major, joined by members of the Bainbridge Island Youth Orchestra.

After receiving many high-quality preliminary video auditions, the Bainbridge Symphony is excited to announce the 8 finalists for the 2025 Young Artists Competition!

The finalists are (listed alphabetically):

These 8 finalists are invited to perform their works in person at Bainbridge Performing Arts on Sunday, Nov. 2nd. This final round will be open to the public.
