This entrepreneurship workshop is open to all middle/high school teachers in ABAC Bainbridge service area (Georgia, Florida, Alabama). Please RSVP no later than May 25, 2026. Workshop is scheduled for May 29, 2026, 9 am to 1 pm, at Kirbo Regional Center.

Congratulations, McKenzie! Thank you to all nurses!

As we continue celebrating Nurses Week, today we are excited to spotlight another one of our newest nurses at Memorial Hospital and Manor — McKenzie Ferry! 💙

McKenzie recently joined our Emergency Department team as an RN and has already become a wonderful addition to MHM. While she has officially been with us for about a month and a half, Memorial has felt familiar to her for much longer after completing clinical rotations here throughout nursing school.

She earned her Associate’s degree from ABAC Bainbridge and is now beginning her nursing career serving patients in one of the hospital’s busiest departments. Her dedication, compassion, and eagerness to learn are already shining through in the ER.

We are proud to have McKenzie as part of the MHM family and look forward to all she will accomplish in her nursing journey. Please help us celebrate and congratulate her during Nurses Week! 🎉🩺

"Stallions on the Square" - Friday, April 17th at 6 p.m.

Join ABAC Bainbridge for "Stallions on the Square," featuring jazz musician Joe Gransden and the ABAC Jazz Ensemble. The beauty of downtown Bainbridge and great music make a terrific combination. Chairs will be provided.

Joe Gransden is quickly becoming one of the busiest musicians on the jazz scene. Originally forming his group in 2009, Joe and the band have continued to build momentum and are performing numerous shows around the country. He has released 14 CDs under his own name including Close To My Heart, produced by saxophone great Kenny G, and his recent release Go Getta, featuring a saxophone solo by Kenny G.

Renowned for the hard bop of his trumpet, Joe Gransden’s singing voice has been compared to Chet Baker. With his 3rd invitation to perform at the Blue Note in NYC and at Feinstein’s 54 Below, Joe Gransden’s big band has enjoyed accolades from sold-out audiences all across the country, including the Tehema Golf Club in Carmel, California (where Joe regularly plays events for Clint Eastwood).

Joe and his quartet will be the featured artist along with the ABAC Jazz Ensemble under the direction of Andrew Peal.
