Yesterday, SHRM at CSUB had the privilege of taking twenty students and faculty members on an incredible tour of Wonderful Citrus’s packaging facility in Delano 🍊

Watching their supply chain in action was truly eye-opening efficient, precise, and intentionally designed. What stood out even more was experiencing a workplace culture that genuinely puts people first.

A big thank you to Irene Zuniga, MBA, and her team for their warm welcome and for sharing their knowledge and insights with us.

Kudos to our student chapter President, Diana Zamora, for coordinating and leading such a valuable experience.

We also appreciate the continued support from the College of Business and Public Administration at California State University, Bakersfield and CSUB ASI for helping make opportunities like this possible.

Experiences like this help bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world application and that’s what it’s all about. 💛🌟✨💼📣🚀
