Today is the 1st day of the Fall semester for ALI's 7th and 8th cohort of students! The 7th cohort are taking Woody Ornamentals I and Landscape Graphics, the 8th cohort are taking Intro. to Sustainable Horticulture and Soils/Fertilizers. Have a great semester!

Scholarship alert for an opportunity of a lifetime!

Applications for the Chanticleer USA Christopher Lloyd Scholarship are being accepted until November 1. The Scholarship supports a horticulturist to study at Great Dixter in East Sussex, England and at Chanticleer in Wayne, Pennsylvania. This one-year placement includes 11 months at Great Dixter and one month at Chanticleer, providing an opportunity to develop practical skills and the 'sense of place' needed to manage complex, innovative gardens.

This training opportunity was established to inspire a future generation of top-notch North American gardeners. Qualified applicants will have completed horticultural training, be looking for an immersive experience to advance their knowledge of plants, design and organizational excellence, and be U.S. citizens.
