Today we hosted our 41st annual Mae P. Claytor and Martin D. Jenkins Behavioral Science Research Conference. Approximatley 100 undergraduate psychology majors and Psychometrics graduate students presented their research or program evaluations. Students also received various academic, research, and service awards. A highlight of the conference was the keynote panel presentation by 4 alumni, Dalyn Allen, Jamaar Wilson, Pamela Osseyi, and Nyquanna Penny! Thank you for sharing your words of wisdom and encouragement. Our special "Above and Beyond" award was given to Jasmine Windham who will be starting graduate school in Biomedical Sciences in the fall, with full tuition and a complete financial package. Congratulations to all who participated in this successful conference!

The Morgan State University Graduate Program in Psychometrics exhibited at the National Council on Undergraduate Research held in Richmond, VA on April 13th - 15th!. There were over 5,000 participants and students from disciplines in the Arts, Humanities, Business, STEM (including Psychology), Social Sciences, and more! Thanks to Joy Grant Psychometrics Program Coordinator and Isaiah Fahie, Psychometrics Master’s student for educating participants about Psychometrics at Morgan State, the only program of it's kind at an HBCU!
