الدورة الاولى:
Business Leadership: Assessment and Decision Making (10:00 am - 12:40 pm)
Leadership is an important aspect of any organization from Universities to businesses to governments. But what does it take to be a good leader? This course teaches some of the basic concepts involved in starting the journey to become a leader. It teaches the differences between leaders and managers. It examines the way we communicate with each other, prioritize tasks, create and communicate visions, seek counsel and delegate tasks.

الدورة الثانية:
Project Management (1:00 pm - 2:40 pm)
‏Whether your job involves patients, procurement, accounting, safety, employee development, IT or engineering, you are probably involved in managing projects to one degree or another.

الدورة الثالثة:
Risk Management (3:00 pm - 6:00 pm)
Risk Analysis & Risk Management are key elements of doing business today regardless of your industry. The ability to identify, analyze and mitigate risks is important to protecting customers, employees, and shareholders. This workshop teaches participants how to conduct effective Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) for systems, designs and processes.

يعلن النادي السعودي بجامعة مورقن الحكومية عن اقامة برنامجين تدريبين في ادارة المشاريع وادارة الجودة وذلك في يوم الجمعة الموافق ٢١ ابريل على النحو التالي:

• دورة ١: ادارة المشاريع (٤م-٧م)
Project Management
- تعطي مقدمة عن مبادئ إدارة المشاريع والفرق بين المشروع وبين أي خدمة أخرى ومعرفة المراحل الرئيسية للمشروع وسوف يكون قادرًا على إدارة المهام.

• دورة ٢: ادارة الجودة ( ٧م-١٠م)
Quality Management
- تهدف الى معرفة اهمية الجودة في كل المجالات والتي تضمن تحسين وتطوير الاداء في المؤسسة.
