Congratulations to recent alumnus, Paul Emmanuel (Mount Royal MFA ‘24), for a review of his work currently at the Smithsonian Museum of African Art in the New York Times by the Times’ Chief Art Critic Holland Cotter.

Paul’s installation currently at the Smithsonian is a version of his multimedia Thesis show installed in MICA’s Main Building two years ago. We’re so happy to see this work evolve in new spaces!
