Earlier this month, Hopkins Lacrosse and university leadership visited Tokyo, Japan. Not only were there thrilling lacrosse matches, but we got to connect with our alumni community to celebrate 150 years of Johns Hopkins University and have productive conversations with our alumni chapter leaders from across the region.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in Chicago for an evening of celebrating 150 years of Johns Hopkins University and the upcoming release of “Johns Hopkins: The First 150 Years” with Dean Celenza of Johns Hopkins University Zanvyl Krieger School of Arts and Sciences and authors Andrew Jewett & Jonathan Strassfeld.

Next stop on the book tour is San Francisco on June 25 (next Thursday)! There, the panel with Jewett and Strassfeld will be moderated by Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health alum, Colleen Cutcliffe, BSPH ’04 (PhD), Co-founder and CEO of Pendulum Therapeutics. They’ll also be joined by Elisabeth Long, dean of Johns Hopkins Sheridan Libraries, who will provide a university-wide update.
