At this years convention I am so proud to say Lambda chapter received the following awards!

As President of our chapter I would like to post on behalf of the Brothers of Kappa Delta Phi Lambda chapter!Thank you all so much to everyone who donated towards our cause this will be a huge help in funding for next years events, pledge classes, and more! We could not do this without our Alumni support we receive! Additionally, I hope to see all of you at convention this weekend!

It's that's time of year again. The Brothers of Lambda chapter are looking for donations to help the chapter out. We are asking for $5 donations to help buy new brother badges and shirts but any amount would help. please share with other alumni.

Each Brother costs about $50 to get a badge and shirt.

Good afternoon, Brothers,

This is Larry, current president of Kappa Delta Phi. In speaking with Josh Scroggins, Spring 94, he has offered to put on a bourbon tasting for alumni as a fundraiser for the Actives. He suggested that we might want to do something like this around 3rd Degree or another event so Alumni would naturally be coming up. He has a very large bourbon collection and would be donating the bourbon so all dollars paid would go directly to the Chapter.

For those that are Bourbon fans, he said he could do something like a Buffalo Trace Tasting of Weller products, EH Taylor and Stagg Jr, chose from a few different distilleries, or mix and match. He could do a blind tasting of three bourbons and then walk everyone through making themselves an old fashion. He could create an experience that met what the group was interested in doing.

So my first question is, is this something that you guys would be interested in doing? If so, should we do it on Friday or a Saturday night, on a different day? Should we pair it with 3rd Degree, wait until homecoming, etc? I would love to hold the fundraiser sooner rather than later to help fund us going to Convention.
